Global Pandemic as an Equalizer and Reminder of Oneness
We are in this together! Despite all of the social-distancing, self-isolation and quarantining... communities of support are popping up everywhere. Human compassion rises to the occasion and it has become crystal clear that no one is alone. In fact we are all one. We are not only in the same boat, we are recognizing what truly matters. Life reviews and new choices are being made every moment. Lots of introspection and readjustments of values. It really is a BIG squeeze and time to give Mother Earth and our Self some overdue rest and care.
That all being said... change can provoke chaos, anxiety, and tremendous fear.
I know what uncertainty feels like on a very deep and wide scale. My twenties were all about dismantling and rebuilding without any real sense of foundation. It was like the rug kept getting pulled out from underneath me. I know what it feels like to perceive deep loss and to be clinically depressed, financially broke and broken on all levels. Now, I can honestly say that as a result of willingness to dive deep and heal my mind with the loving support of Holy Spirit, I live from an awakened perspective.
The "story" of Laurie ended and Life began.
In prayerful meditation I asked how I could best serve as the turbulence of Covid-19 shakes up the entire planet. The answer I got was to offer my empathic Presence and ability to listen with my heart while holding space for the mutual exchange of inner truth, peace, love and comforting support.
I love to provide a safe space for fellow sojourners to "come up for air" and breath out the stories of their heart. To feel heard, seen and understood on a deep authentic level.
We are equals coming together to ride out this tidal wave of change and navigate the world together. We can talk about the impact of Covid-19 or spend time in prayerful meditation. May I have the honour to be in your Presence and hold sacred space for you?
